Michael Belton brings over three decades of leadership in global real estate development, managing landmark assets worth over $5 billion from luxury residences and Class office spaces to civic landmarks, hotels, and mixed-use destinations. His career spans the US, Europe, and the Middle East, leading both startups and major enterprises, and building high-performing international teams.

Before joining MERED, Michael led the development of Saudi Arabia’s Qiddiya Performing Arts Center, a flagship of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. As CEO of Wainbridge Capital, he managed operations in four countries and successfully navigated a major merger. At Hines, as Director of Development, he oversaw large-scale projects, driving strategic planning, investor relations, and innovation across global markets.

Renowned for his strategic vision, mentoring, and ability to deliver in complex environments, Michael now guides MERED’s growth across the UAE and GCC, setting new benchmarks in design, execution, and market leadership.
